01 - Executive Summary

From hands-on craft to operational scale.

I’m a product design leader with over 12 years of experience working across organizations. My career began in hands-on product design and gradually expanded into leadership roles with responsibility for teams, operations, and business results. Along the way, some defining career moments included:

Leading UX design for a nationwide income declaration wizard for the Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), increasing annual declarations by 300k to 1.6M users.

Designing solutions in payments domain at Vinted as a product designer in a high-growth startup, enabling escrow-based payments in the Polish market for millions.

Leading and running a financially independent design unit at NFQ Technologies, with full P&L ownership, resourcing, and commercial decision-making.

Leading an EU-based product design studio at Dexcom, collaborating cross-continentally with global product design leadership across Europe and the US.

Across these roles, I worked on turning complexity into clear direction - shaping decisions, aligning teams across design, engineering, and business, and translating strategy into execution that delivered measurable business results.
